End of commercial barges on the River 'Ull

yes ... depressing ..... we heard it was happening a while back

Will miss seeing Tony backing that old thing up the river on the flood ..... another nail in the coffin of waterways transport
not quite the last one .... but damn near

As I said, I will really miss seeing Swinderby squeezing backwards up that river ..... even if there was one occasion when he got a bit too close for comfort
